Lisa is the co-founder of the EMS Leadership Academy, an organization that provides leadership training and resources for EMS leaders worldwide to address the difficulties they are facing daily and helps them to create magnetic, thriving, sustainable organizations.
With over 25 years of experience as a transformational business coach, best selling author and speaker she has specialized in bringing out the best in others and help leaders operate at their best. From her early days of social work to working with Emergency Services leaders and nonprofits, she has found this work incredibly moving.
